A presentation can be developed to support the goals of your group or organization, whether it is a 30 minute program, a full-day retreat or something in-between. DROP-IN WEEKLY MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

This offers flexibility, an opportunity for camaraderie and a chance to have questions answered. The format is 45 minutes with 10 minutes of introduction, 25 minutes of a formal meditation practice and 10 minutes for questions. For location and time, contact janet.dietrich@MindMT.com.
